I'm not sure if he would've won his case or not but I'm sure there were some things the NFL did not want released publicly.
Honestly who knows if he would have won his case if it went all the way.

But its for damn sure that owners didnt want certain conversations becoming public.

Those texts and emails were smoking guns for something.

What you dont understand is that the end result of the suit was never going to be that a judge would force an NFL team to hire him.

There is no such legal verdict.
      thats because he settled.....

you settle when you cant win.... that simple.

No, its because its impossible for a court of law to force a private company to hire a particular person.

Kaep didnt have a contract. Its not like a wrongful dismissal suit where you could get a job back. Kaep was unemployed.

Would have rather he got to play, but it's good to see him get paid crazy money anyway.

                they gave him settlement money

its basically a "take this now stfu"

                so who really "won" here?
No. The point of the suit was to prove that they are colluding to not let him play.

i heard he got 60-80 mil though. So...

I hope it wasn't that much. He didn't deserve that in his heyday.

Did you even watch American football he beat Arron Rodgers in greenbay and lead his team into a Superbowl.. he won the NFC title twice ! Also the 49ers gave him a 100+ million dollar contact.
