Bad decision that sets a worse precedent.

You'd think by now we'd have an understanding that you can't turn down people simply for who they are, so I'm worried less about the cakes which I don't care much about and more about what ''rights'' businesses will be offered in the future.

This is part of the issue with the never ending crusade to expand "religious freedom". Just about anything can fall into the umbrella of religious freedom because you can connect anything you personally believe to your religion. In the 50s and 60s, plenty of people argued that their religious freedoms would be infringed upon if they were made to provide service to Black people, and they wholeheartedly held that belief. That they believe their religion tells them to do it should not be automatiic justification for it.

business has the right to refuse services. If they don't want to serve you, so be it. There are hundred of bakers in a state.

This ruling signified the purest form of democracy where people are allowed to uphold their decision without the fear of being lead into court because of a tyrannical justice system.

                then that falls to racism
Court will not have a 7-2 ruling in favor of that kind of church I guarantee u that

                Ur over thinking such thing
The reason why 7 judges was in favor of the business owner is because if they didn't then all business owners will have their rights taken away to refuse service to anyone

This is not about race. This is religious freedoms challenged by the tyrannical left.

Any white man that refuses to serve a black man should have his license revokedm
