I would go as far as saying if you think Khan is the most protected boxer you know little to nothing about the sport. There are a number of fighters out there that are older than Khan and still haven't made any real steps up in quality of opposition like Bute, Berto and there are fighters with way more fights who still haven't made the step up like JCC etc.

Chavez Jr is the poplar choice I see. surprised lots of people not bringing up Bute being ranked that high in the division while not fighting anyone
