        cutting body fat, doing situps correctly and doing a variety of different ab exercises plus genetics is a huge help.
        my abs are cranking, but they arnt strong, and id do 100 ab reps x 3 times a week. doing after training in conjunctrion with situps, pushups...etc, helps ya abs get strong and ripped. floor exercises are the best!!!
