Sam Langford did not care how big an opponent was. But he was a rare talent. I am sure most would not care to participate, although 16 divisions is way too many

I'm all for lowering the number of divisions. Bring it down to say 12, but it's not like you have to follow everyone of them anyway, just the ones that interest you. That's what I do anyway. Whichever champions I like the most I follow their divisions basically and/or whichever division has the best up and coming prospects.
