There are many black groups already speaking out on black on black violence. There are "The interrupters" in the Chicago, "Mothers against violence", and many more church groups that don't get any press. BLM, contrary to popular belief, is against black and black violence, because it is against systemic discrimination that police use to limit resources in solving crimes in the black community. A black youth will kill another black youth quicker than a white youth, because the cops will not exhaust their resources to catch the black criminal due to the victim also being black. According to the cops, "it is garbage taking out garbage". What they will do is force the black people to police each other "informing" rather than investigating like they do in the white community. Cops rely on informant in the black community to solve crimes. They catch other blacks youths and make deal with them to rat on other black youths. They rarely investigate; it is rather more harassment than investigation. I have black police friends who tell me about these things.
Black lives seem to bear little value in the context of a white supremacist society, and this is the reason for the BLM protest. For some reason cops believe all black people are friends, and therefore, everyone knows a criminal or murderer and protecting that person---not that the other black persons might just be scared shytless, knowing the cops don't respect them enough to protect their lives if they do know these criminal elements and willing to come forward. People just get defensive and idiotic when it comes to black people standing up for justice. These are the same people hailing MLK as hero today, when the civil rights movement was chastised and discredited for the same effort as BLM.
I don't recall MLK leading marches where people were chanting we want cops dead, and going on shooting sprees. This was also in a time when they had a lot more justification to do so, since in that time discrimination and racism was infinitely higher.

Absence of evidence doesn't mean the evidence of absence. There were people who wanted racists dead and that includes anyone who was a racist, whether it be cops or doctors. There were people who disagree with MLK way and took things into their own hands, one being Malcolm X. Did BLM claim responsibility for this, or it just might be a few loose goose around shouting this? Thought this was already confirmed? Did black lives matter went on shooting spree or it is individuals with no affiliation?

lol whether the guy had official affiliation is totally irrelevant good lord
the fact that this repugnant movement is inspiring people to kill police is the point of contention here.
