How's Johnny? I read that North Korean ships are washing up in Japan. They get lost at sea because the sanctions are pushing the Kim regime to send random, inexperienced soldiers out fishing. They get punished if they fail to get a good catch, so a lot of them risk it out in the middle of the sea. Poor guys end up starving. Some have made it, and Japan plans to deport them. In one particular case, they ended up on a Japanese island and started pocketing door knobs and door hinges, presumably to replace their catch. Japan plans to charge them as thieves. What a world! You should read 'Memoirs of a Boy Soldier' by Ishmael Beah. Pretty awesome.
