      Why don't they make their cuffs harder to remove while they're at it too. How did she get those cuffs off? Are they slipping out of them or did she pick the lock with some small object she had on her? Or did she have a hidden handcuff key?

        Makes no difference that the guy in the last clip had a knife and already got into a confrontation with officers previously about it.

          Then you have Shane Piche who actually admitted to rape, but received no jail time



          Lastly, you have Albert Wilson, who was sentenced to 12 years in jail without proof of ever having sex with the victim
