    you forgot about andre ward. not only was he a great fighter with a short but great career, it all took place in the decade. and we may see him come out of retirement for bellew.

    other than kessler every single one of his meaningful wins was in the decade. pacuqiao and floyd are surely greater fighters, but they did most of their best work in the 2000's and even the 90's in floyd's case.

        Pac has the much, much deeper resume but mayweather has the single best win. Its between those two, a sad contrast to 00-09 when pac, barrera, Morales, hopkins, mayweather and probably a couple others were all solid contenders.

        Now we have the immensely gifted but once tested loma, the same goes for Crawford. Then there's the PBC clan who never fight.

        GGG and canelo let down themselves, the fans and the sport in their biggest fight... Which will happen all over again this year, sigh.

        The only one who can contend is AJ who is clearing out the blue ribbon division. By 2020 he will have beaten wilder and maybe fury.

        The rest have clowned themselves.
