Wilder himself said he'd fight Whyte if A) AJ was on the contract next or B) if Whyte fought and beat Ortiz.

Who gives a damn about a mandatory, it would've been an optional defense, just like this fight against Fury is.

I swear you dudes have no shame at all. You will lie and make up facts in order to help a fighter (who has no idea you exist, by the way) save face.

HW is simply more fun with Fury active.

Whyte should want Ortiz, even if it's not a final eliminator! Ortiz is better than Fury! Ortiz had Wilder doing the funky chicken, but couldn't finish the job! Beating Ortiz makes a statement! Beating Joseph Parker (barely) is not getting it done! Parker went the distance with Cojanu, and Ortiz just blasted him out in 2! If Hearn can't sell Ortiz vs. Whyte in the UK, then he shouldn't be a promoter! These guys just fought on the same night! Ortiz vs. Whyte! Make it happen!

You can accuse Fury of many things, but not cowardice. He went to Germany to fight Klitschko when the likes of Wilder wanted nothing to do with him, and now he's fighting the most feared man in the division in his backyard in his 3rd fight back after a long absence.

Dillian is tarkin rubbish as usual.

Dillian Whyte's ****, if you think he's a good fighter you have low standards. He's just a big fat lump with basic skills. You actually think Wilder was worried about facing him? No way.
Fury was spot on about him - he's just Hearn's *****, fighting Joshua's leftovers. Parker was seconds away from knocking him out, if he put that effort in earlier he would have done.
Believe what you want. We'll see how he does when Hearn decides that he gets his next shot. Any good heavyweight can beat Whyte.
