Basically, they can't reverse fights once the refs/judges have made their case and I'm reasonably certain the same applies to the other orgs. It's done - thus why Soto/Lorenzo happened.

Hogan was basically trying to hug after throwing a haymaker, hug for whatever reason, never hurt Munguia, was on defense mode most of the time....If you are the challenger and are fighting overseas, try to win convincingly. it was a dirty fight but Munguia won....
