  • I already have. You need to understand the full picture not just the far right viewpoint. Having only 50% of a puzzle and worse only having access to half the puzzle is worse than not understanding any of it. You have then a highly skewed idea of how the world about you operates. You, or I should say every adult who earnestly wants the truth, should be able within a minute of hearing someone speak or reading what someone has wrote to decide whether to accept or discount that opinion. As an example 65bad ANY knowledgeable person should see right through such OBVIOUS propaganda. The same for the far right Limbaugh, Hannity or Levin. It should be close to immediate that you understand they are pushing bull****. In a nutshell why?

ANY opinion regarding any point has to consider both sides of the coin. We have a mixed economy. Been that way wayyy before any of us were born. We are not capitalistic. We are not socialistic. We are a mixture of both. That’s our reality and the reality of all modern economic systems. A mixture and a political system that allows the mixture of the two to freely move from one side or the other makes us a very strong nation. We are thus able to bend and flex as we need to as the world about us, and our economy, changes.

    So understand this one point.

It’s never a question of right or left, capitalist OR socialist. The question always is what RATIO of capitalism and socialism do we require at any given time to best suit the economic situation at hand. It is 50/50, 55/45, 45/55 etc.

Ive agreed with you on some of these points already. Why are you repeating them? You're not answering the questions but sticking to the same talking points you've already repeating.
I give up you win the internet.

        • When I see Trump look into the camera on Air Force One and say he knew nothing about payments to Stormy Daniels and others I knew for a fact Trump was lying.

So when I see Trump sit up there and look into the camera and say no collusion I know for a fact he's lying.

When Trump says something you have to believe the opposite of what he's saying.

When Trump says something about someone else you have to know he's projecting and really talking about himself.

Everything he accused the Hillary Foundation of doing is actually what his charity has been doing.

Trump isn't a good liar. His disinformation techniques only work on the extremely gullible and stupid.

Not sure but I know it's the same Trump that has been tweeting Fox News all morning. Me and the President are basically having the same day. Sitting around being lazy all day

The POTUS is doing the same thing I'm doing on a Sunday

            Sensational!

              • Trump has nothing to do and wants nothing to do with common people. He could not care less who you are or whether you life is richer or poorer. His goal is to make himself and people like himself that much more powerful. His first step was to give huge tax breaks for the rich. The second will be to cut social programs in an effort to make life for the rich that much more richer. The sad thing is that the far right has been successful in convincing the lower classes they are for them. The social safety net they will try to cut was designed to help those lower classes.

Back in the late 20’s/early 30’s many of the poor. Mostly the elderly, slept on the streets, park benches. This gave rise to cold water flats where the poor were “kept” without heat or warm water. This gave rise to Welfare, food stamps.

Children were recruited to work under horrendous conditions in factories making low wages and working 16 hour days. This gave rise to workers rights, child labor laws etc.

For dozens of decades our waterways were polluted by industries who dumped garbage, waste chemicals daily making them a literal cess pool. ALL the now beautiful waterways around Manhatten were a wasteland up until the 60’s/70’s where regulation prevented such abuse.

History has shown that business, in an effort to maximize profits, will take any and all liberties. Only via regulation was this put to an end or at least greatly curtailed.

The tax increases of 91/93 provided tax revenue higher than any point in history up until that point in time dramatically escalating above average tax revenue (which was as high as Reagen ever maintained).

GDP INCREASED once the luxury tax was enacted and increased further once the tax increase of 93 went into effect so no harsh economic effect which you are implying.

65bad SHOULD be on everyone’s ignorelist as his purpose is to provide false information designed to deceive. All far right wing misinformation directly from liars such as Limbaugh and Hannity.
Don’t worry no one here actually listens to his buffoonery. Except vlad. But they got everyone on ignore so they only see each other’s posts. Talk about a circle jerk.
