Smogger doesn't let ppl hold though, Hatton needs a ref that lets him hold. He needs a british ref or a lazy ass ref who doesn't care about fighters who rather wrestle then to box.

Smoger lets the fighters workout of clinches or when their tangled up. If he see's no effort by the fighters to break themselves up, he intervenes.

He'd be a good ref for the fight, but then again he'd be a good ref for any fight.
