What we saw was Keynesian stimulus

But he is correct, that was a time of fiscal failure.

Really would suggest you completely ignore 65. He has no clue whatsoever of what he is writing about. Learning economics from Sean Hannity is not learning much of anything. 65 was not aware Regan increased taxes a dozen or more times after the 81 tax cuts. He had no idea!
