The Caucasian race is going "extinct" in the short-term mainly due to immigration policies and the EU (total extinction is unlikely since unlike endangered animal species, humans have the ability to politically segregate and selectively breed -- but in this case extinction means dependency and diaspora).

However grim the current projections, Africa might just modernize before their population hits the point of physically outnumbering and spilling over into the rest of the world.
