century tuna appreciation thread

defrosted some albacore i caught last september. broiled it in the oven. flaked it up. added cilantro, black pepper, sweetpickle relish topped with provolone cheese( because thats what cheese i usually have on hand). i put it on sliced sesame begal and baked till cheese melted.
