Check the numbers....most of the immigrants coming over the border illegally are from Central America. They're walking from Honduras...2300km from Texas (!) in droves. It's such a tidal wave of humanity that the Mexicans can't handle them, whether it's incompetence or lack of funds or whatever, they do not and cannot "enforce their immigration laws a lot better than we do".

And remember....this vast horde of people isn't due to anything Mexico is doing...they are effected by being between us and them.
