Give 'em hell, pappy. You didn't say when you were going to fight, Rob. I'll support your kind, by God.

Probably Oscar. The fame. The girls. The fast life. The sold out PPV's.

And not a bad career to look back on either!
I would say he's been the most successful boxing figure of all time.

PPV monster from day one of his career
        fame transcended beyond boxing
        Hall of fame/ATG
        Very successful promotional company.
        Still relevant today

Hold it! That's the boxer that got me interested in boxing as a child. If that's the case, I think Michael Spinks would be a great choice to answer the question posted. One of the elite light heavyweights of all time and beat Larry Holmes, although I thought he lost the second fight. One quick fight with Tyson and the payday and out. Super humble as well from the interviews I've seen over the years, which is not surprising at all, given what he had to go through with his wife and daughter. What a man!

The man on my Avatar. Unbeaten, beautiful style and highly skilled with KO power. Not too well known to the public or casuals but still highly appreciated among hardcore boxing fans.
