2) even before the commission, it was the ref who immediately waved "stop" right on a blatant blow to the groin!!!

He should have started a count if kovalev sat on the ropes.

We all knew it was an obvious low blow . His glove covered the letter B and thats a fulfull10-12 inches below his belly button .

It happened 3 times in the last minute of the fight. the ref stops the fight instead of counting and they were supposed body shots not head shots.

Yeah, the ref blew it. The NSAC and fans had the luxury of multiple angles, slow motion footage though and still denied what was plainly visible.

I think Kovalev played himself a bit by overreacting to borderline/clean blows earlier, though.
