I go to my moms sometimes just to have her make Papas w/Chorizo and frijoles refritos in homemade tortillas is my favorite. Also her Rice is the bomb, best w/Fajitas and frijoles refritos, Mexicans can't eat meals without beans LOL!

Refried beans, tamales (jalapeņo n cheese, beef, chicken etc.), barbacoa tacos with big red of course, bean and bacon tacos, enchiladas, and borracho beans with sausage, with rice on the side which I'm eating right now.


Some of the best Mexican food is here San Antonio and I'm lucky enough to eat it practically every single day. Hmmm, must be why I have gallstones.

I think my favorite mexican dish are puffy tacos with beef, damn I want some now!
