Take the following exercises to 70% of you 1RM. For example, if you can perform a maximum of 10 Finger Press-ups; perform 7.
Some fighters are more likely to break hands than others and one you break than you find that once you break them once, you continue to break than. You can strengthen your hands and make them less likely to break, plus these exercises can be done from home. I will add more exercises later.

Wrist Roller 30secs
Fist Press-ups x70%
Finger Press-ups x70%
Plate Pinch 30secs
Stress Ball Squeeze to failure
