It doesn't make any sense to say they can't wait till December to close the deal, but their plan B is fighting Whyte, who might be fighting Chisora in December....

I used to like Hearn, but I don't see any of his interviews lately.

Think this is just Hearn trying his luck, seeing if he can get Wilder to engage. He was previously quoted as saying Wilder’s fee goes up if he beats Fury.

One factor Hearn has to consider is that he has Whyte v Chisora pencilled in for 22 Dec. He needs to figure out whether to go ahead with that fight or save Whyte for Joshua in April (given that Chisora could beat him). So he needs confirmation from Wilder now, but no reason why Wilder should help Hearn out.

I imagine he’s trying to head off having to deal with an irate Chisora.

So let me get this straight...... Wilder was willing too sign fight Whyte granted he was Guaranteed Joshua and Both said no saying you don’t negotiate that way. Now they want Wilder too sign before Fury which goes against they’re own rule??

Hearn is like any other promoter, they are so full of it
