As I said earlier, how are we supposed to weed out the idiots in society if they aren't allowed to express an opinion, however dumb they are?

As far as I'm concerned, the only time somebody should be arrested for something they say is if they threaten another persons safety.

The police only get involved when it's Twitter, which really annoys me. Either don't interfere with what's being said on the internet, or do it across the board. Many, many BS users have said something on here that would get them arrested if it were Twitter.
