...after coming back from a trip to Europe, on advice from his wife, Jr is planning on filing a violation (rape?) and sexual harassment lawsuit against the prostitutes. Supposedly, Jr. doesn't remember anything that happened that night and if it wasn't for the video, he wouldn't have known.

The lawsuit would be for $3 million for psychological damages against himself and his family. Besides violation and sexual harassment, the lawsuit would also include being held against his will (kidnapping) and drugging him to make it easier to abuse of him. Also, he might sue his friends who were present and did nothing to help him or call the authorities, but instead, recorded what was happening.
