    Maybe the last man standing after Thurman/Garcia/Spence and Crawford/Manny/Vargas can create a fight that will make it financially bug enough for the two sides to work together.

      Wow Larry, you're sad. Obsessive and sad.

      In no world is the prestige and names at 147 the same as names/prestige at 168.

      So golovkin should collect all the belts, and crawford shouldnt?

      is that what you're implying?

        Not implying. That's exactly what I'm saying.
        147 is a very strong division, with multiple stars - Kell Brook, Thurman, Porter, Bradley, Vargas.. probably Pacquaio, Matthysse and Broner within a year as well. While 140 has nobody. You couldn't even name the top10 fighters in that division right now. Hell, you probably couldnt name 5.

        SMW is the same as 140. You have a flawed DeGale who arguably lost to Porky, and Jack, who's far from impressive. If in a couple of years Callum Smith and Zurdo Ramirez establish themselves, SMW may heat up again. Right now, it's a junk division full of PBC guys and unpopular fighters.

            If 160 is dead then 168 has been in the ground for 30 years and has rotten through to the point that the only things that are left are teeth.

            140 is meh->147 is very good
            160 is meh->168 is awful.
