  • Golota vs either of Klitschko's?

Andrew Golota vs Vitali Klitschko or Wladimir Klitschko?

Who would win at their best and who was better?

    Golota

    vs

    Vitali

    Wladimir

Both brothers destroy him. Golota would probably get himself DQed even after he catches Wlad's chin. Vitali destroys him in a round or two, like Lewis did.

I've said this before, a young Golota with the mental strength of the old Golota of the 00s is one of the most formidable H2H heavyweights ever.

He had an amazing jab that he regularly doubled up and even tripled up on, great punches in bunches once he got going too. Probably the best combination puncher that has come out of Europe, @ HW atleast. He threw them from all angles and had great form and power in both hands and any type of punch.

He also had very good upperbody movement for a big guy when he thought of using it.

Unfortunately the stars never alligned for Golota. He had his head screwed on way too late in his career, and the car accident that mangled his left arm didn't help. So no, he wouldn't have beaten either Klitschko.

No he wasn't. Golota never beat a single top 10 heavyweight in his entire career. One of the best H2H ever is revisionist BS. It's insulting to either Klitschko to even suggest that Golota beats either one.

Golota's claim to fame is fouling out twice while winning against a past prime Bowe. Two losses. Absolutely nothing else.

If Golota could have the will of Joe Frazier instead of his own lack of character and doubtfulness he would beat either Klitz bros.
The Klitz bros are not what ever young fan thinks they are. They were moderate talents in a horrible era who had basics
and nothing else. Didn't punch the body could never fight inside and they would bruise and cut against high caliber opponents. Wlads chin does not hold up and Vitali would wilt
against top tier men because their early careers were filled with padded competition.

Golota had far more skills than either brother.
His head & heart were not in the game but his talents were superior to their's!

You completely miss the point. I was speaking purely of his physical abilities which were evident in his fights, most of whom he lost because of mental issues which shows how important the mental aspect of boxing is. That's why you didn't respond to a single word of the technical abilities of Golota that I broke down in that post, instead coming up with the lie that I claimed he would beat a Klitschko when on the contrary I said in plain english to see that he would never have done so. He's insane, a quitters etc. all that but to ignore skill and potential is to be blind.

Exactly(minus the downgrading of the Klitschko's). Golota will always be one of the biggest what-ifs. Great talent wasted.

1.If a Dog had wings maybe it could fly. Golota is Golota. What he had is all you can evaluate. Not would have, should have, or could have.

2.Golota's chin failed him against Grant, Lewis, Brewster and Samson po' uha until he bit him. So don't pretend that his chin is not a factor here. LOL at "Vitali would wilt" against a fighter who made a career out of wilting.

                  3. Based on what? He never beat a top 10 contender in his entire career. You can also stop with the "young fans" BS because you damn sure aren't any more knowledgeable based on your post.

Everyone on this forum is offering opinions on that guy and this era I'm just stating he had more skills than either of the brothers when it comes to talent.
The guy was a weak minded man and that adds to his inner strength which demoralizes his ability to absorb punishment.

Don't tell me that the Klitz have more skills because your wrong!

When the subject turns to talent they will NOT be mentioned. Hell they're practically forgotten already.
