Because Mayweather and Cotto meet in Puerto Rico doesn't mean that they are negotiating a fight. It may very well be the case but don't put your faith in it completely.

I rarely agree with Burner but this is one of those rare cases.

We might have very well been dupped. Figure both sides think they still need more time to train for each other or they want to build more anticipation.
