Discoveries and Inventions: Would the Germans have been better than USA if they won?

I was looking into German inventions and discoveries and they pretty much own most of the scientific and engineering world as well other categories like sociology, politics, workforce, chemistry, medicine (science).

This is a very short list, a fraction, compared to what they have done.

Had they won WWII and become the world's #1 power country, who knows what they would've done by now. I looked through the US inventions, and I saw things like clothes hanger, cigarette, bread clip, credit card, beach ball, bubble gum.

What gives? It's as if we were neanderthals and Germans were highly intelligent aliens.

As for the question, I don't think so. If the Nazi Germany won, WW3 would've taken place 20,30 years max after ww2 and that war they wouldn't have survived.
