I'm big into Syria watching.... There are some questions as to whether the girl is actually real. Not the actual girl, who exists but the tweets are most likely from someone else... In no way is she comparable to Anne Frank, they keep running deeper into the fight and are obviously pro rebel.

Anne Frank didn't write for PR or to bring attention to one side of an armed conflict.
