    A California federal judge issued a summary judgment Thursday against Golden Boy Promotions in its $300 million federal lawsuit against Al Haymon, the hedge fund that has financed Haymon's "Premier Boxing Champions" series and Haymon's affiliated businesses.

      Probably due to the fact that Golden Boy got a deal with ESPN which practically nullifies their case.

          Those words don't make sense. The case is public record. Why would sources be needed? And if it were "thrown out" the judge would've announced it. Nothing against you TS but the way the wrote it doesn't make sense.
