      lol then why is everything genetically modified and pumped with chemicals and additives and high fructose corn syrup. i'm sure you have nice ingredients available in your local stores and markets (like everywhere else does) but a lot of **** you eat on a daily basis would actually fail to pass european trade standards. every european i've spoken to who has spent time in the usa commented that your food all tasted unnatural.

          i feel guilty for making this thread, what i just wanted to know was how good British cuisine is but there is always us v uk..

              As has been said already - British food is what it should be: wholesome & filling. Is it ever going to be on the menu in some swanky New York restaurant? Probably not. But that doesn't change the fact that...

                  yeah it looks healty and delicious. the olny reason that brit food is underrated is i think because Frence and italy are in europe
