As a comic book nerd I have to analytically give it to black panther.

On paper bp is superior to batman in every way.

Batman is rich, bp owns a country.

Batman has acess to military grade technology, bp has military grade technology from a civilation far advanced to ours.

Batman is at peak physical condition, bp has superhuman strength speed reflexes and durability from his herb

Bp's suit is more expensive than batman's and is near literally indestructible.

Both have genius level intellects but based on who he's beaten, bp is arguably smarter. I mean BP beat satan lol, batman's biggest W is superman.

On top of all that, black panther has supernatural help from the panther deity.

On paper, it's an easy win for bp.
