basically, oatmeal/krave cereal/fruit and nut shredded wheat with a hot chocolate for breakfast
protein shake before and after gym
post workout meal - pasta w prawns and sweetcorn / rice with prawns
salmon sandwiches with cheese and sweetcorn
yogurts and cereal bar
either a bit of fast food or more rice/pasta
take creatine when you go gym and have cyclone as a shake and make sure you pump hard.

Btw I thought pasta after a workout was a bad idea because starchy food results in the fat not digesting properly? That's what I was told, anyway. But whenever I eat pasta before a workout, I feel really sick during the cardio...
