IS that dude Steve Ogg aka Bob Giovanni/Walking Dead the oldest looking 43 yr old?

This dude looks to be one of those fit older dudes in their late 50s early 60s, I remember him from the Old ****e commercials and he was very muscular and on Walking dead he had an old face but he had that rugged older guy muscle, that you usually see in a guy in his late 50s like Mel Gibson, I thought he was like late 50s or 60 years old.

But the guy is barely 43 wtf? dude looks old, this dude is only a few years older than Ryan Reynolds.
