Does anyone have the schedule of a full training camp of an elite fighter?
There must be one around, from day one to the last day, the complete schedule?

This was Buakaw Por Pramuk's. He's a muay thai fighter, but this was his regular schedule. Not including for all fights.

Not a complete training schedule but it should be of some use. Evander Holyfield's regimen from '97.

This routine was listed on several websites and while I'm not 100% sure of its validity, it appears to be what is considered to be his daily schedule.
o 5am: Wake up and go for a 3 mile jog
o 6am: Back home for a shower and then back to bed (great workout for those huge legs of his)
o 10am: Wake up and eat oatmeal
o 12pm: Do ring work (10 rounds of sparring)
o 2pm: Eat another meal (steak and pasta with fruit juice drink)
o 4pm: More ring work and 60 mins on the exercise bike (again working those legs for endurance and
o 5pm: Floor exercises: 2000 sit ups; 500-800 'dips'; 500 press ups and 500 shrugs with a 30kg barbell
and 10 mins of neck exercises (working the biceps, triceps, chest, abs and shoulders)
o 7pm: Eat steak and pasta meal again with fruit juice (probably orange juice)
o 8pm: Another 30 minutes on the exercise bike
o 9:30 Watch TV and then go to bed
This was supposedly Mike Tyson's routine back in his prime. Of course you will always see in the old videos of him training he was always doing alot of jumprope and heavybag work which is not included in this.
I believe he did the floor exercises in 10 rounds with 200 situps-50-80dips-50pushups-50 shrugs then one minute rest. To simulate a ten round fight.
Hope this helps, I can honestly say I cant do this program the amount of dips is very painful for one day, yet alone everyday.
