As much as I would love for Matthysse to ice Floyd... we all know what Mayweather does to slower, more flat footed fighters. I'd favor Floyd by UD.. Probably 8-4, 7-3

At this point, I feel the same way. However, of the 147 and 140 lb fighters, I think Lucas does have the best chance at winning.

Floyd wants no part of Lucas! Lucas will have to get the Ko. He does not have good luck in the states by decision!
He has not won a fight by decision since 2008. Hes Ko'd everyone in front of him other than the two robberies.
He will go for the KO. With Floyd slipping over the years, id say Lucas would get the KO win!
