We was charged with attempted murder, pleaded guilty to assault and served 45 days of a two year sentence WHEN HE WAS 16!

Michael Vick failed a drug test while on bail and this convinced the judge that he obviously wasn't taking things seriously. He got a 23 month sentence of which he served 19 months, but he was convicted as an adult and not as a 16 year old.

Back on topic, why? What were the extenuating circumstances of the case? What was it about his behaviour that means he should be doing a full two year sentence as a minor? Oh, you don't know? Wow.
