He was Jewish decent, doesn't mean he practiced Judaism. It's a well documented argument that whether he was religious or not.

I think you made a mistake here in your presentation. And judging by your sig., you seem like a religious-fundamentalist (creationist?) nut, if it would be proper for me to say so.

Jesus would never be a liberal. Or a socialist.
Obviously you've never heard of the Sermon on the Mount. Hehe... mount.

          Sounds pretty liberal to me...

There is a difference between forced seizure of wealth and charity. Jesus believed in charity. Feed the children is a parochial charity.
Jesus also believed in taxation. Render unto Caesar.

P.S. I don't see Floyd doing anything wrong. He's just playing around.
Oh dear, for a christian you're really unfamiliar with your source material.

The sermon on the Mount is basically the Jesus manifesto but it's curiously the part you choose to ignore. I can't think of any more important part of the scripture in terms of laying out what Christianity is supposed to mean, but you seem to think it OK to completely disregard it because it doesn't fit with your personal philosophy of selfishness and greed. Bad person. Bad.

They say ignorance is bliss, but it seems I'm really ****ed now. I'm going to have to gouge my eyes out and saw off my two hands. Don't reckon I'll be posting much from now on.

I cut off my hands to stop me wanking. But luckily the bible says nothing about rubbing ur genitals against a wall or tree. It works a treat!

Squeally, I don't intend to argue over the intentions of MY savior. Jesus would not support abortion, or gay marriage.

He wouldn't support Obamacare either, and he wouldn't be a community-organizer in chief.
The call of Scripture is to do for other people as we would like to have done unto us, but that call is personal, not corporate. That's because only people can be compassionate. A government check too often brings dependence and a sense of entitlement. A personal touch builds relationships horizontally with others and vertically with God.

Let me just add another elite sports entity to the list: the Notre Dame football team! Rudy is a bit like JC if you think about it.
