What time did you get up?
5:00am

Did you stretch before you run?
Yes, touched my toes and held, and did some side to sides and body swivels.

How far did you run?
5-7 kilometers monday, wednesday, friday and sunday. 400 hundred meter sprints with 1 minute break after each tuesday, thursday and saturday.

What did yo do after you run?
Had a shower and then breakfast

What did you eat for breakfast?
Porridge and banana, 2 pieces of toast with no butter, water

What did you do after breakfast?
Went for a walk, went to the shops and then met up with my promoter

What time did you go to the gym?
4:00pm

What time did you leave the gym?
Around 6:00pm, monday to friday

What did you do after training?
Shower, then had dinner

What did you eat for dinner?
A lot of carbos and steamed vegies, pasta, fish, chicken and fruit.

What did you do after dinner?
I liked to play my guitar, i love the blues

What time did you go to bed?
9:30pm

What was your favourite exercise?
Focus pads

How many days a week did you train?
7

Did you have a job before you won the world title?
Yes, i was a garbage collector with the local council

Warm up: 15 minutes total
- body swivels
- side to sides
- touching toes and holding for 10 seconds
- bouncing around and swinging arms to get loose

Shadow boxing: 3 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

Focus pads:
- 3 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)
- 6 X 3 minute rounds combinations (30 second break)

Floor to ceiling: 3 X 3 minute rounds combinations (30 second break)

Skipping: 9 minutes (30 second break)

Floor exercises:
- 5 X 20 push ups
- 10 minutes of ab work

Speedball: 9 minutes

Warm down: 15 minutes
