In an interview Freddie Roach did with BoxingScene last week, he said he had requested additional drug testing for both Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez. In the interview he said the testing request was rejected. Roach appeared to be indicating it was Marquez’s side that rejected the testing but after further investigation, it appears he was indicating it was Top Rank.

Wow. All types of athletes and even armchair warriors think better testing would better help curb the use of PED's and make cheaters think twice, and yet a top promoter claims it'll cost more money and yada, yada, yep, yep.

This after he stated he didn't trust USADA, that WADA should be the ones to perform the testing.
