Oscar wasn't number 1 at 154, the Hatton fight was at 147, not 140 and the Marquez fight was also at 147, not 135. Those fighters were unranked when Floyd fought them. Still great, but they weren't all number 1 at all.

I think the original poster of this way implying that they were the #1 in the division they were in right before Floyd fought them. Although Oscar wasn't rated the #1 154lber... most people think he was.
