Best MMA Organizations?

So I started watching the UFC from its first show, lost interest in the mid '90s when not as many of their shows were televised or released on VHS and then got into it again a few years ago when I not only saw some more recent fights on the Fight Night shows, but also after I found out about the existence of Pride. So, as still a newer fan, who has mostly only seen UFC and some Pride, with a little bit of IFL, Elite XC, Strikeforce, IVC and Pancrase, what are considered the best MMA organizations to watch, either ones that are defunct or those that are still around? Would any of the previously mentioned qualify? Any others?

IMO, WEC is the best right now.

ufc has best cards atm, some of the old cage rage fight cards are alright if your from euro. some of prides cards were stacked tho

1. Pride

4. Affliction (They only had two events, but they were great)
5. Strikeforce
6. WEC
7. Bellator

Pride, UFC, DREAM, WEC, Strikeforce, K-1 Heroes.... thats pretty much it.

IMO, WEC is the best right now.

I agree. They have the best young fighter in all of MMA, Jose Aldo, who is always in extremely entertaining fights. There is constant action from the bantamweights and featherweights (rarely will you see wall and stall, lay and pray, other boring fighting strategies from the smaller fighters). Whether a WEC card is stacked or features few big names, it seemingly always delivers.

And I agree with those who say Pride was the best of all-time. It blew the UFC out of the water when it was around.
