In addition to the 3 free meals they get, they can also buy canteen. Some facilitys let you spend over $100 dollars a week, candy bars,honey buns,potatoe chips ect. Dude probably eats $100 dollars of honey buns a week.

Last time I researched it (ten years ago) firing squads were still used too. I think that was in Colorado.
