    On Wednesday, Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum discussed the latest details regarding Filipino superstar Manny Pacquiao. Regarding the rumors of an April fight, Arum says it would be very difficult for Pacquiao to return on an April date and his return would likely not happen until September - the target for a fifth fight with Juan Manuel Marquez.

            Why is Bob trying so hard to have it on Sept 17th?
            Is he trying to make less money?
            Have a June fight in wherever you want and then a winter/fall matchup

                It's not about taxes, arum is simply using that as an excuse to the fact that Pacquiao has been suspended from boxing after that brutal KO and that includes sparring. If Pacquiao were to fight in April in the US he wouldn't allow to be sparring in Feb/March.

                  It would be cool if they went overseas and fought in front of the troops. Of course Arum would never go for that seeing as he wouldn't really make any money from ticket sales.
