  • Getting into boxer shape?

Ok so I'm a 20 year old amatuer boxer from the uk and I've been boxing for about 2 years(had 1 fight) and fight at 69 kg or 71+ although I've lost a lot weight since I started ( I weighed 98kg) I've never been in a boxers shape
I think this is down to my diet and not doing enough pressups situps at home and have a poor diet(come from a pakistani background so most of the food has a lot of oil) I would appreciate it if some could help me with how many situps pressups etc I should do at home and what kind of diet I should be on take into consideration I'm muslim and living at home
    Thanks and cheers

The Joe Frazier workout for getting into decent shape.

Do Push Ups, Sit Ups, and Jogging every day.
      - Jog for 30 or 35 minutes (Or run what you can then walk the rest).
      - 3 or 4 Sets of 25 Push-Ups (or as many as you can do) with a minute or minute and a half of rest in between.
      - 3 or 4 Sets of Sit-Ups of as many as you can do comfortably with 25 seconds of rest in between.

Once you can Jog the whole 30-35 minutes straight, do 30-35 Pushups straight, and 50-60 Situps straight you can head for the gym.
