Apart from that Pacman didn't have to agree to Mayweathers bull**** tests. He did it to get the fight, but coward Mayweather doesn't want it.

floyd made a concession on the 10 mill per pound pac should make a big concession to if he truly wants to fight. Agreeing to things after the fact doesn't seem willing to me.
im not a congressman though it prob makes sense to him

1st off, floyd failed to make weight. pac has never failed a steroid test & has no evidence of steroid use.
2nd off, fight will be at welter which is no problem whatsoever for floyd.
he agreed to the penalty because it wasnt a concession at all. he did it so can make pacquiao concede to one of his demands.
conceding the weight penalty was no concession at all in reality.

Its already well known that Roger Mayweather will probably be locked up in November. Expect a fight in 2011. Until then, there's a good reason why Floyd wouldn't want this fight in November. Pac wouldn't fight the biggest fight of his life without Roach either.

another excuse. what is it? the drug test? the money split? tax issue? vacation? roger mayweather?
the trial could be delayed. the sentenced could be appealed.
