I realize cotto said he wouldn't go back down to 147, but that was before roach. Personally, I could see roach convincing cotto to go back down, and if he did, would have to be in the top third or so of that list, with probably just mayweather and PAC above him. I'd pick cotto over Bradley and Marquez, while maidana would be a nice scrap.
