All due respect to Roy, the fact is Toney still has a good chin, although his mind isn't all there anymore! I think the fact both of they're skills are diminishing, while Roys Chin has gone and yet Toneys is still there. So I would have to say Toney by TKO!

I know Toney made CW last year, but given that he was back to 250 a few months ago, I can't see him making it now. If he can though he beats Roy at this stage.

Toney unfortunately. Although he hasn't been knock out his last couple, he still gets knock down against little to no name guys. Toney would probably finish him as much as I hate to say it.
