i was wondering if you guys could give me a good mma cardio routine to start with that i can increase gradually on my own. i dont really have all day to train i work from 6am to 2:30pm so if you guys no a good routine let me know. the reason why i said mma cardio is cause i wanna be in fight shape and not like a tri athalon runner (all skinny and wirey)

i think that is to much time at once to be workin out honestly.
I do like an hour - 2 hours in the monrin 30 - 45 min in the after noon and 1 1/2 hours at night

what i was meaning is a cardio routine that would help me out in mma you know so i dont get gassed easily. i dont need to lose weight at all i stay around the same weight give or take a couple pounds either way throughout times in the week.
