Hi can anyone suggest a good way to have much more stamina, I do kickoxing twice a week but my stamina is bad....
i havent really got gym gear, I have a treadmill and some weights (if that helps)
and erm i really want to get my stamina up so that i dont get tired whilst playing football (soccer) and kickboxing as fast, i admit my stamina isnt as good as it should be.
Im not overwieght, and actually could do with putting some muscle on, so is there any suggestions for me to get better stamina and also buold muscle.
Im 17 years old if that helps.
